Independent engineering collective

Software that runs
on your own terms.

PD-Codes builds dashboards, media tooling and automation for people who prefer to own their infrastructure. Two engineers, no roadmap by committee, every line of it public on GitHub.

Approach

Small team. Long-lived software.

We build the tools we run ourselves. That constraint keeps the surface area honest: nothing ships that we would not want to maintain three years from now.

01

Self-hosted first

Every project is designed to run on hardware you control — a home server, a NAS, a small VPS. No mandatory cloud account, no vendor lock-in.

02

Readable over clever

Boring architecture, explicit data flow, dependencies we can justify one by one. The code has to survive being read at 3am.

03

Open by default

Public repositories, public issues, public history. If a project is worth running, it is worth being auditable.

04

Privacy as a default

No analytics, no trackers, no third-party fonts. This page itself ships as plain static files and collects nothing.

Stack

What the organisation is written in.

Language distribution is derived live from the public repositories — it moves when the code moves.
